You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Even The Battery Dude makes mistakes. If you received the wrong
batteries please submit the form below for us to process the return
and get the correct batteries shipped back out. We know you need your
power and will make every effort to get these shipped ASAP.
What is The Battery Dude’s return policy?
There are many reasons you may want to return your battery and The
Battery Dude will accept returns up to 30 days from the date of
receipt as long as it is unused and in the original packaging.
In the event we shipped the wrong battery or the battery we recommended for your application doesn't fit, we will provide you with a return label to ship the battery back. If you made a mistake and just no longer need the battery, we will also provide a return label but you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the batteries back.
