Can I search by part number?
Yes. On the Products tab, type the battery name, part number or size (like 12V 35Ah).
What if my make or model isn't listed?
Call us at 833.260.2005 or start a chat and we'll find the right battery for you.
When will my order ship?
In-stock orders ship same day if ordered before 10am CST on a business day, with tracking on every order.
Is shipping free?
Items with the Free Shipping badge ship free. Everything else ships at our set rate for that item, based on how many you order or how much it weighs, and you'll see it at checkout before you pay.
How will it ship?
Most orders ship UPS. Orders over 700 lbs, or with any single item over 70 lbs, ship LTL freight on a pallet. Transit is 2 to 5 days on average.
What if my batteries are damaged in transit?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll start the damage claim and ship a replacement immediately.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to the continental United States only. Contact us for exceptions.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Yes, but once the order has shipped there's an $18 fee to reroute it.
I received the wrong batteries, now what?
Contact us within 30 days and we'll ship the correct batteries free of charge and cover return shipping on the mistake.
How do I return something?
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll send a return authorization. Items must come back new and unused; reuse the original packaging so the battery arrives back safely.
Who pays for return shipping?
We do if it's our mistake, such as a wrong or defective item. Otherwise return shipping is yours: send it back with your own carrier, or we can provide a label and deduct its cost from your refund.
How long does a refund take?
Usually within four weeks of handing your return to the carrier, and often sooner. Shipping charges aren't refunded.
Do your batteries come with a warranty?
Yes. Every battery comes with at least a 1-year manufacturer's warranty, and many lines carry longer coverage, such as up to 4 years on Odyssey and 5 years on Pro-Guide Lithium. Each battery's warranty is shown on its product page.
