You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). What is The Battery Dude’s return policy?
In the event we shipped the wrong battery or the battery we recommended for your application doesn't fit, we will provide you with a return label to ship the battery back. If you made a mistake and just no longer need the battery, we will also provide a return label but you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the batteries back.
Please use reuse the packaging the battery came in to make sure it arrives safely back at our warehouse.
